  • Sunshine
    • Sunshine is a software application for managing relationships of beneficiaries of The Norwegian Refugee Council. Thanks to this application, using third party tools is reduced in the organization and data integrity is increased.
  • UMSV
    • "Unified Messaging System - VoIP" Brings together IP PBX, Faxing, Voice Mailbox and IVR. In this software, SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) is implemented completely using RFC3261 and it also handles RTP. No Open Source software is used in implementation. It can be easily Integrated with other applications such as CRM, Issue Tracking System and... via plugin.
  • Fax Server
    • Generic fax designer for massive fax sending. Documents are not static; This module can generate and send fax based on user input via phone keypad. Currently it only supports pass-through fax.
  • HelpDesk
    • A generic Trouble Ticket / Issue Tracking software which could be customized for many organizations. Dynamic Workflow Designer, API for Integration, Rule Manager and Event Handler, Managed Email and SMS Notification, Several Different Policies for Automatic/Manual Ticket Distribution, SLA, Ticket Escalation, Advanced Dashboards, and etc.
